Jennifer Mary Wood is a visual artist whose work is grounded in a deep understanding of historical aesthetics and critical theory.  Trained as an art historian, she brings a deep awareness of aesthetic lineage, symbolic systems, and theoretical frameworks to her paintings, which enriches the conceptual underpinnings of her practice.
